Add a new team to Dive Live
This page is for requesting a new team in the Dive Live database.
Before requesting a new team, please make sure to search for the team inside of the Dive Live App. See the video in this page which shows how you would find and join the Notre Dame team.
You will need to be registered in the app which you can do by installing the app from your app store or using the Login/Register link in the top menu.
If you’ve searched and your team does not yet exist in our database, please use the form below to give us as much information as possible. Give us 24 hours to get your team added or call our hotline for urgent support.
